State Tax Service of Ukraine informs that by Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine № 698 as of 13.12.2023, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 28.12.2023 under № 2276/41332 "On amendments to Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine № 721 as of 18.08.2015", which will enter into force from the day of its official publication, changes have been made to Procedure for submitting notifications on the opening/closing of taxpayer accounts in banks and other financial institutions to regulatory bodies.
According to changes and Paragraphs 69.2, 69.3 Article 69 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, electronic exchange of notifications on the opening/closing of accounts/electronic wallets of taxpayers between the State Tax Service and banks, other financial institutions, non-bank payment service providers/e-money issuers is expanded.
Electronic forms of notifications files are provided to software developers to finalize software by means of which such exchange will be carried out, which are at the following link: https://tax.gov.ua/elektronna-zvitnist/programniy-modul/formi-elektronnih-povidomlen/.
